The Breast Cancer Support Group is a voluntary organization in

Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Mission Statement

To provide information about breast health to the public

promote the well being of breast cancer survivors

Objectives

To create awareness of breast health
To teach how to do self breast examination
To provide emotional and psychological support to
breast cancer patients and survivors and their families

Motto

The BCSGJ, JB has adopted a motto in 2008:

Reaching out.

Our aim is to reach to new patients, survivors and the public about the importance of being aware and to show that we in the BCSG embrace life in hope and joy.

It seems such a contradiction to say that having breast cancer gave me a second chance at life - to such cherish what I have, and, to be thankful.
